The Ling Toy Company is a toy company with three locations in Hong Kong. It owned the Ling Ming Candy Ring until it was stolen by a group of acrobats.

During a Chinese New Year parade, a dragon stole the Ling Ming Candy Ring from one of the stores. Mystery Inc. investigated the dragon attack and theft, travelling to the company's main location to speak with the business owner, Harold Ling. The dragon, however, terrorized Mystery Inc. following them through all three locations before Mystery Inc. finally captured it at a fireworks factory.
