The Spectacular Spackle Dome theater in the Newark Newark Hotel became a crime scene after it became haunted by the supposed ghost of magician Rufus Raucous. This was later revealed to be a hoax created by Raucous' former assistant, Phylidia Flanders, who wanted revenge against her hotel manager. (Riva Ras Regas)

Season one[]

The Savanna Hotel went under investigation after Mystery Inc., along with magician duo Penn and Teller, discovered the site was haunted by the ghost of magician Madds Markson. The ghost was later revealed to be an elaborately-staged illusion organized by Teller. Shortly after the investigation concluded, the hotel was demolished as the explosive timer malfunctioned, causing the explosives to detonate early. (The Cursed Cabinet of Professor Madds Markson!)
