Larry is the identical twin brother of Gary.
Physical appearance[]
Larry is an adult male with brown hair and wears the same style of glasses as his brother. They look identical except that Gary wears a black beret.
Personality[]
He was obsessed with getting his mother's recipes and opening his own restaurant. He built his own secret restaurant in the middle of the swamp and made cornbread there, apparently just for practice. (The cornbread wasn't very good because he didn't know the secret ingredient).

Larry unmasked.
After his brother Gary's restaurant was damaged by a hurricane, he hoped Gary would quit and turn their mother's recipes over to him, especially the ones for gumbo and cornbread. When that didn't happen, he dressed up as the Bayou Beast to try to force Gary to quit.
