Physical appearance[]
The land surveyor is a middle-aged man, sporting a light blue button-up shirt under a brown suit, as well as khaki pants tucked into brown boots. He also wears a flat cap; the brim of this cap creates a shadow over his eyes which makes him appear ominous.
Personality[]
Despite claiming to be shy toward strangers, but speaks in an aggressive tone, often startling those who spoke with him. Even in simple conversation, he is seen as confrontational, with his words misinterpreted as ominous threats. Despite being presented as malevolent, he is not as aggressive as previously believed, as he simply enters the property to do his job.

Season one[]
After farmer Jonathan discovered natural gas reserves on Old Tom's land, he hired the land surveyor to survey the property. He met with the gang just outside a farm shed, where he gave them an important clue: a map of the farm with certain locations marked. He spoke with the gang to warn Jonathan to remain off Old Tom's property, though they misinterpreted these words as a threat directed at them.
The surveyor was found to be innocent after Jonathan and Tom were discovered to be the perpetrators responsible for the scarecrow attacks.
