Knittingham Puppy Farm is a farm in the city of Coolsville owned by Mrs. Knittingham, in which Scooby-Doo's brothers (Howdy-Doo and Skippy-Doo) and his sister Ruby-Doo were born.

Scooby's parents, Dada-Doo and Mumsy-Doo also lived at the farm with Mrs. Knittingham (and later moved back to Dooville).

It is located on a huge hill.

A Pup Named Scooby-Doo

Season two

The gang made a trip to Knittingham Puppy Farm for the Doo puppies' birthdays. When they got there, Mumsy and Dada Doo gave Scooby a "lame" collar, which was worth a lot of money, and he was forced to wear it. But the collar was wanted by the Ghost of Buster McMuttMauler, which ended up chasing the kids down in search of Scooby's new collar. The ghost was captured and unmasked as the trainer Mr. Trixenstuff, who wanted to sell the collar. The next day the gang and the Doo family celebrated the reunion. (Curse of the Collar)
