Mystery Inc. visited King's Road after being told to meet there by their primary suspect for the local dragon attacks, Louie Hong Fa. Hong Fa claimed that he was framed for the crime, so he was forced into hiding. Hong Fa and Mystery Inc. collaborated to further investigate the crime, suspecting Hong Fa's accuser, Harold Ling.
