Kevin Michael Richardson is an American screen and voice actor. Richardson has been the voice of Joker on The Batman (starring Rino Romano in the title role), Cleveland Brown, Jr. on The Cleveland Show, Bulkhead on Transformers: Prime (co-stars include Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, Jeffrey Combs, and Josh Keaton), and Shredder on Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (starring Seth Green and Rob Paulsen).
