The Kelp Monster attacked the gang alongside the Ghost of Captain Pescado and the Octopus Monster. He was sleeping in the control center, until the Octopus Monster chased Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo and the Kelp Monster woke up and chased Velma Dinkley.
