Kate Micucci is an American actress, voice actress, comedian, singer-songwriter, and artist, perhaps best known as one half of the musical-comedy duo, Garfunkel and Oates. She has guest-starred on sitcoms such as Scrubs , Raising Hope , and The Big Bang Theory , as well as appearing in the film When in Rome .
Kate has provided the voices of main characters in animated series on Disney XD, including Julie Kane and Webby Vanderquack in Motorcity (co-starring Jess Harnell ) and the DuckTales reboot, respectively. She has also had recurring roles in Cartoon Network 's Steven Universe , as Sadie Miller (also starring Zach Callison ), and Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles , as Irma (also starring Sean Astin , Rob Paulsen and Seth Green ).
Micucci was hired to voice Velma Dinkley for the Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! Mindy Cohn in all forms of other media, as well (save for the LEGO Dimensions
