The Kagawa Seafood Company was a fishery on Shizuka Pier owned by the Kagawa Family for twelve generations. After its acquisition by Mr. Uehara, a businessman, the fishery became abandoned.

Early history[]
The Kagawa Seafood Company was previously a disreputable inn before it was acquired by the Kagawa Family. The Golden Scroll containing the Norowareta Reshipi (Cursed Recipe) was stashed in the inn after being stolen by bandits, but remained lost for centuries.
Mr. Uehara bought the Kagawa Seafood Company from the Kagawa Family when they could no longer afford it. Theirson, becoming a kimono tailor, never forgot the purchase and sought to buy it back from him.

Season two[]
When Mr. Uehara planned to demolish the building to build condominiums on the site, Mr. Kagawa dressed up as Kaniaku, a crab demon from a legend, to ruin his bathhouse business in revenge so he could buy his family's company back.
The gang visited the abandoned pier to set a trap for Kaniaku. After capturing Mr. Kagawa and exposing him for his crimes, Fred accidentally found the Golden Scrollthat had been hidden there for seven hundred years.
