Julio is a short man with brown hair, he is only seen wearing his disguise as El Pombero.
Personality[]
Very little was known about him, but he was pretty determined to get his hands on his neighbors ranch, most likely because of the larger size and cattle that was there.
History[]
The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries (2022)[]
Julio was the neighbor of an unnamed rancher in Argentina, and went with a scheme to cause mayhem to his neighbor so he could hand his ranch over to his.
He disguised himself as the mischievous Pombero to terrify the rancher and cause a stampede of the cattle he owns. It brought the attention of the countries version of Batman, that being El Gaucho. Later, Robin, Man-of-Bats and the two cowards got involved after not getting any responses from Gaucho and they were also trying to find where Ra's Al Ghul was planning to "the at heart of Batman"
Julio unmasked.
He was easily caught by El Gaucho's Bati-Boledora and unmasked, but turned out that he was just a minor nuisance Gaucho was dealing with and he didn't have any connection to Ra's Al Ghul's main scheme.
