Joe is the nephew of Vinny, owner of Vinny's Pizza.
Physical appearance[]
Joe is a teenage male with black hair, he wears a red short sleeve shirt with blue edges around the neck and arms areas, blue pants, and light brown shoes.
Personality[]
He's helpful around his uncles restaurant and cares about his business getting the most attention, so much that he used scare tactics to prevent people from going to another restaurant down an old road. But did had a change of thought when agreeing with the idea of people doing a visit to both places.

Joe was first seen outside his uncle's pizza place along with him and the gang, and later left after thanking them for stopping by.

The gang would later discover him behind a haunting a couple hours later, since he dropped a ha. Joe was loved his family business so much that he went around as a ghost and haunted an old road that led to a separate other business called the Pizza Treasure Restaurant, so he could scare away anyone from potentially going so they could head to his uncle's instead. But after getting an explanation from Shaggy about them deciding that they'll go to both restaurants, he ended up agreeing, things were forgiven and the gang went back to his uncle's restaurant for a double pizza party.
