Jim is a thief who worked for an unnamed boss.
Physical appearance[]
Jim is a slightly short and pudgy man with balding black hair and a large chin. He wears a dark jacket and pants over a light shirt and shoes.
Personality[]
He was clearly a bit more prepared for the plan as his boss gave him the task without letting Joe know about it until he told him, but was easily startled into giving up on the objective when things end up going down hill.
History[]
Jim, who had partnered up with Joe were tasked on stealing the Scowling Cavalier picture frame, which was worth half a million. They managed to sneak in with some luck after witnessing Scooby run by in fright (as they were both unaware of the legend of the painting being alive every twenty years). They continued making their way to the painting as the rest of the gang ran by checking on Scooby and he began removing the picture frame, but just as he finished, Scooby and the others came back with him making a dash straight towards them and making them drop the picture and flee.
As they ran, the rest of the gang rushed out of the art gallery completely frightened as well, much to their confusion, as they were gonna put the picture frame back after retrieving it, but were startled by it unexpectedly coming to life.
