He was partners with Mr. Griffith's twin brother. He helped the brother scare away visitors to the school. By each of them dressing up as the Spirit of Fireball McPhan they could scare everyone away to buy the school cheap. Then they could change it into a gambling operation. They hired Jay Teller's company bulldozers to make it look like he was behind it.
