Jess Harnell is an American voice actor and singer, best known as the voice of Wakko Warner in Warner Bros. Animation (WBA)'s Animaniacs (co-starring Rob Paulsen and Tress MacNeille). He is also the voice of Captain Hero on Drawn Together (co-starring Cree Summer and Tara Strong), Ironhide in the Transformers film series (co-starring Peter Cullen and Frank Welker) and Cedric in Sofia the First. He also sang the theme song for WBA's Taz-Mania (starring Jim Cummings and Kellie Martin).
