Jeremiah Noseworthy was the caretaker at the Rocky Harbor Culinary Resort, following his family's legacy, but was fired presumably because he was bad mouthing Chef Edward DuFlay. The owner and DuFlay's great nephew, Bobby Flay, allowed him to continue to live in his family's cottage, which was on the grounds of the resort.
He has a large nose, mutton chops, a protruding chin and rough unkempt facial hair. He also wears a hat and large boots, typical of a New England dockworker.
Stubborn, proud, and a tad foolish. He constantly corrected others on the proper pronunciation of his last name- claiming it is 'no-say worthy' before he eventually accepts near the end that the pronunciation 'nose worthy,' "makes a lot more sense." He is extremely loyal to his family, living in the cottage he was born in, despite being fired from the resort the cottage is on. He stands by the story passed down by his family that Chef Edward was a traitor to the patriot army.
He was born in the aforementioned cottage.
He was fired by Flay at some point on the same day before Mystery Inc. arrived.
