Jean MacCurdy is an American programming director. She was placed in charge of productions at Hanna-Barbera (with Jayne Barbera) from 1983–1989, when she become president of Warner Bros. Animation (WBA), working again with the likes of Tom Ruegger on Tiny Toon Adventures and Batman: The Animated Series. When Time Warner and Turner Broadcasting merged in 1996, MacCurdy was in authority over both WBA and Hanna-Barbera, until Hanna-Barbera was fully absorbed into WBA after the death of co-founder, William Hanna. MacCurdy left at the time as well, with Sander Schwartz succeeding her.
