Jack is the owner of Oakhaven Restaurant in Oakhaven.
Physical appearance[]
Jack is a middle-aged male, who has balding, dark gray hair, and is very obese. He wears a white waiter's uniform.
Personality[]
He appears to be a kind man when first meeting Shaggy and Scooby. He is always fond of customers who are Ben Ravencroft's guests. When Shaggy and Scooby were captivated by the smell of his food, he was delighted to serve them. This delight changed and turned to stress and tiredness after experiencing how much food the two were able to eat.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! and the Witch's Ghost[]
Shaggy and Scooby were introduced to Jack by Mayor Corey. He showed the two to a table and told them what was cooking in the kitchen. When Shaggy asked for two of everything of on the menu, Jack was delighted. This excitement started to fade when Shaggy and Scooby would not stop eating, causing him to question if his two hungry customers were even tasting his food. It got to the point where Jack had no more food left in his kitchen and had to run to the market for more. After Shaggy and Scooby ate the last of their dinner (including 12 pies), they thanked Jack for their meal and exited the restaurant. Jack, in an exhausted tone, said he was glad that they liked it and laid next to a mountain of dirty dishes.
The gang eventually reveals that Jack, along with Mayor Corey and other town leaders, were aware of the secrets of the phony witch but left it alone, thinking it would promote tourism.
