Jack's Inferno is part of a line of hot sauces sold by Bayou Pierre in Louisiana. It is the second spiciest hot sauce. The emblem for this hot sauce is a orange-colored flame.

Season one[]
After tasting the French Cauterize Shaggy decides to skip the Devil's Spit and Jack's Inferno and go straight to the Grim ReaPepper. After doing Hermit Hank's spice test hearing the Swamp Monster appears at night. Scooby and Shaggy were dousing Jack's Inferno on their food and eating.
After a failed attempt to capture to the Swamp Monster, Bayou Pierre decided to sell his restaurant with Shaggy sadly declaring there's no more world's best sauce and Scooby suggesting drinking Jack's Inferno as a final toast. They drank it, burn themselves and sob.
