Jabu (aka DJ, Rooty Tuteh) is a window washer and radio show host at the Petronas Towers in Malaysia.
Physical appearance[]
Jabu is a short, and skinny man with short hair and a chin beard. He wears an orange tank top with a black stripe around the chest, blue jeans and black shoes.
Personality[]
He appeared to be really busy as he was heading to was the towers windows on the roof outside just to be safe from the mischievous gremlin terrorizing the offices top floors. However, he was just doing it to cover the fact he tried to illegally start his own radio station, but didn't want anyone harmed when they got in the way.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
While the gang was being detoured to investigate the top floors of the towers, they spotted him heading upstairs to do the windows, Mr. Sendut, an employee at the towers, tells him not to do them just to be safe. So he agreed on doing them outside instead.
The DJ pirater unmasked.
He was later caught as the one under the mask, and his alter ego identity, DJ Rooty Tuteh was revealed. He secretly had started an illegally radio broadcast and used his window washing job as a cover and the disguise to scare people away from finding it.
Do to not wanting to hurt anybody as he saved Shaggy and Scooby after they almost fell off the roof, Mr. Sendut gave an agreement that he'll be aloud to start a broadcast once a room is built for it.
