Early history[]

Following his death, business magnate J. Jacob Ascot's treasure, a handwritten version of The New Colossus, was sealed inside his private train car and hidden, where it remained lost for centuries.

Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?[]

Season one[]

After navigating the storm drains underground in New York City, Mystery Inc. and celebrity singer Halsey found the door leading to the train car. Remembering the clue given to them by the Keeper of Knowledge, "Lift my lamp beside the golden door," they unlocked the door by shining light on it. They entered and barricaded themselves in the train car from the Gator Man Monster, where they found the safe containing the treasure. They used the safe to capture, and later unmask, the monster.
