The Inuit man was the disguise of Moribund Liverz.

Physical appearance[]

The inuit was a short, middle-aged man with a black bowl haircut. He wore a green and white hooded jacket, tannish gray pants and gloves, along with brown boots.

Personality[]

He was rather calm and collective, but a bit mysterious as he knew about the path the dog sled racers were heading through was dangerous for followers and suggests to take the road to next town.

History[]

Scooby-Doo (Archie Comics)[]

The man showed up after hearing Fred and Daphne suggested that they and the gang should drive after Biff Baxter and Jack Londonderry, just so they could watch the race continue, but he quickly suggests they shouldn't as it would've been dangerous and tells them to take the road to the next town. He later arrived some time later to watch the last portion of the race, just to witness an unfortunate event when Biff Baxter, one of the racers, showing up in dead last and looking rather hurt (all thanks to a forty foot polar bear).

During the giant polar bear's rampage through the town, he unexpectedly exited out of the basement to a house the gang was just at moments before. Velma suspected something was up the whole time thanks to the clues found as she discovered that he was using a machine to control the (robot) bear, but fled due to a malfunction.

Moribund Liverz unmasked

Moribund unmasked.

The inuit man turned out to not really be a person, but a disguise worn by flea collar company owner, Moribund Liverz. Mr. Liverz used the inuit disguise to spy on the race and control the giant polar bear robot to prevent other racers from winning, as his goal was to get Jack Londonberry to win so he could continue to endorse his flea company.
