The innkeeper seems to be the only living, visible, inhabitant of Dry Wells.
History
The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show
Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo were stranded in the town when their train left them behind. They checked into the hotel where the innkeeper worked, and he told them all the other rooms were full. (They were, full of invisible ghosts). (Scooby Ghosts West)
