Inky in a bucket.
Inky can be found underwater at Ha Ha Carnival's diving bell attraction. After filling a bucket with water, Shaggy and Scooby can place Inky within the bucket. Inky’s Ink can be used with a paintbrush, which the duo used on a job opening sign so they can lure in the Evil Clown.

- Inky is normally a tannish white however, in the bucket, for some reason it changes to a scarlet red when it's in the bucket.
