The Indian Spirit was the disguise of an unnamed garbage collector.
Physical appearance[]
The spirit took the appearance of an adult man with a pale skinned head, black beard and red sclera eyes surrounded by shadow. He wears a long green shirt with an orange tree on his chest, and matching green pants and shoes. He also wore a traditional Indian headdress.
Personality[]
A territorial and scary spirit, attacking people with garbage and dropping from the trees to give them a surprise scare.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
He first ambushed the gang when they were running back to the huntsman at the Yosemite National Park, dropping garbage on them and scaring the five out of the area.
Fred later went back out to tackle the spirit, thinking it was just a shaman pulling out shamanic related things, not caring what the gang and Alan were thinking. As the spirit popped out of a tree, he went for the attack while the rest of the gang were hit by garbage, and Fred magically disappeared when coming in contact with the spirit.
Shaggy and Scooby were later told to distract the spirit when he found them inside a tree hotel while Daphne and Velma looked for Fred. He chased them down a hallway and and across a large branch, where he had them cornered.

Until he got sneak attacked by Fred with a trashcan, who Daphne and Velma found on the top floor, and was unmasked as the one garbage collector they ran pass on their way to Alan the huntsman earlier. He was tired of his job and wanted to build his own tree themed hotel by using one of the redwood trees, and didn't care if it caused him a sentence in jail for disrupting and nature.
