Notes/trivia[]
- The title is a play on "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."
- It was released digitally on October 30, 2015.
- The Mystery Machine doesn't appear in this episode.
- The x-ray screen has a retro option, depicting the gang how they looked in Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Miscellaneous[]
- Disguises: Scooby and Shaggy as cafeteria inmates.
- Daphne Du Jour: Stealing Fred's sandwich and not saying anything because Fred made such a good case against Shaggy.
Cultural references[]
- The Vault seems to be a modern-day Alcatraz.
Animation mistakes and/or technical glitches[]
- None known.
Inconsistencies continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities[]
- John DiMaggio and Billy Gardell are given the wrong numbers for the prisoners they played in the teaser.
- If Wayne didn't want Stan to be released, why did he keep the only proof of his innocence instead of destroying it?
- Why did Fred only blame shaggy if Scooby-Doo is also a big eater?
- It was never said in the episode what crime Stan was charged with or who provided the 'evidence' for the charge.
- How did Velma work out the code to Wayne's safe that quick? It seems extremely improbable, given that Stan spent years trying to work it out beforehand and not even he could do it.
