The Ice Hockey Complex is a hockey arena located in Moscow, Russia. It was the venue of the Moscow Invitational Hockey Tournament and the primary crime scene of the Frozen Fiend attacks.

Mystery Inc. visited the Ice Hockey Complex to watch the Moscow Invitational Hockey Tournament. However, when the Frozen Fiend, the supposed ghost of an exiled hockey player, began terrorizing the event, Mystery Inc. investigated the complex to investigate the attacks. They incriminated figure skater Galina Korzhakov for posing as the monster and stealing the diamonds on the Emperor's Cup.
