Howard is an adult man with brown hair and a square chin. He wears a blue jacket over light blue shirt, red tie and black vest.
Personality[]
He's a bit of a rambler, as he likes to go on and on about random things that don't relate to the conversation. He did show concern when mist started rolling into town.
History[]

He was one of the "shady" looking people at the Apple Cider mill the gang went to have a conversation with about the Mist Monster nonsense going around. His wife acknowledged that he likes droning on about literally nothing for hours, and despite being bored, he asked what the gang wanted. Fred tells him the story of their encounter with the monster, and how the Mystery Machine randomly vanished after it left, he was concerned about it for a bit, but apologized for not being able to help do to vans not being their kind of use.
He was later at the mills parking lot in complete confusion on the mist unexpectedly showing up and leaving, and drove off back home.
