Mystery Inc. visited Hong Kong to repair Shaggy's bathtub toy, Duck Guy, bringing it to its manufacturer, the Ling Toy Company. However, while watching a New Year parade, they witness a dragon coming to life and stealing the Ling Ming Candy Ring from a Ling Toy Company store. They investigated the crime and exposed a group of acrobats as the perpetrators.[1]
