Notes/trivia[]
- The gang tries to go undercover and pretend they are high-school students; they discover how far they are from contemporary kids.
- In DC canon, the whole gang attended Coolsville High School, which was implied in the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! cartoon, but Velma, Shaggy, and Daphne had also attended other high schools in other spin-off cartoons, as well. Velma attended an unnamed high school according to the The New Scooby-Doo Movies episode The Spirit Spooked Sports Show, while Shaggy and Daphne are Central High alumni according to the The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show episode The Crazy Carnival Caper.
- Principal Weathers, Dex, and Anne-Marie appear again in Prom Fright.
- There is a Scooby-Dooby doors chase when the gang runs from the Ghoul in and out of doors to the school hallway.
