Physical appearance[]
Herman is an adult man with blond hair and wears glasses. Despite only being seen in his monster costume, part of a light blue collared shirt and a regular blue jacket can be seen underneath.
Personality[]
He was a rude person who had a hatred towards how much airline tickets costed, and he tried to cause harm towards a bunch of people on an airplane, without remorse for almost causing a bunch of death and injury's to happen.

He absolutely despised how much airline tickets costed at the airport and wanted to lower it so he could go anywhere by paying practically nothing.
He disguised himself as a monster to scare away passengers and terrorized one of the airplanes so Mr. HB, the airline's owner, would lower the ticket prices so he could fly anywhere without paying anything.
Mystery Inc. happened to be on the plane with him, they brought him to justice, and he was arrested by a police officer after they brought him into one of the airline hangers to explain his plan.
