Helmut had a scheme to steal all the treasure from the pyramid, and the best way to do so was to scare everyone away by dressing up like a mummy while he did his dirty work undisturbed. The officer came and arrested the alleged mummy, to the joy of Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Thelma Dinkley.
