The broker worked at Hee-Wanu Real Estate, and was a former surfing champion.
Physical appearance[]
The broker is a well-built adult man with black hair. He wore a white collared shirt, black pants, gray shoes and a purple and white striped tie that progressively gets more zigzaggy.
Personality[]
He was rather determined to keep the money from the deal he made, and very strict and gets easily angered when people make up supposed stories, sometimes going a bit too far by demanding them not to do their goals to fix their problems. However, he turned out to be a greedy trap lurer who purposely letted someone buy the beach so he would scare them out and he could sneak out to sell rare endangered shell species.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! (DC Comics)[]
The broker sold the beach to Fred's old family friend Walter, who later found it was haunted by the legendary Heewanu, the Spirit of the Surf, according to a storyteller he and the gang met last night. They visited him the following day where Walter tells him about the monster, but he didn't believe in his explanation, he immediately yells at Walter after he almost convinced him and demanded them to leave, since he made the deal to give him the property and demanded that if he wanted to prevent the monster attacks, he shouldn't develop any type business to begin with.

The broker unmasked.
He was later discovered to be the spirit the whole time (hence his skills as a surfer), along with the backup storyteller disguise. He had discovered a collection of rare endangered shell species on the property and had planned on smuggling them out and selling them, but when Walter came along, he tried to purposely get him to buy the beach for his dream of opening a hotel and scare him away. The broker is shortly taken into custody soon after.
