The Headless Specter is one of the minions of the Mastermind. It takes one hit from either a sonic smash or helmet bash to defeat him.
Physical appearance[]
Headless Specter wore a 1800s style attire consisted of a brown double-breasted overcoat with dark brown cuffs and lapels, a light tan formal shirt with frilly cuffs, and a dark pink neck scarf tied formally and tucked under the coat like a Victorian-era puffy necktie. The specter also wore gray slim pants, black shoes, and formal white silk gloves.
Personality[]
The Headless Specter are constantly laughing trying to find someting to attack however due to the fact their blind they constantly walk back and forth in pre set paths.

The Headless Specter is one of the monsters from the gang's past the Mastermind seemly brought back.
The Headless Specter along with the other monsters were revealed to be holograms made by Holly.
