The Headless Count was the disguise of Bradwick Haverall, based on a similar legend.
Physical appearance[]
The Headless Count was, as the name suggests, a headless ghost wearing an old military uniform with white gloves and a red cape, with a glowing yellow light emanating from the space where his head should be.
Personality[]
The Headless Count was a terrifying malevolent spirit who abducted everyone in Wuthering Manor.
Powers and abilities[]
Despite not having a head, the Headless Count could see quite easily. The Headless Count also had the ability to disappear almost instantly and travel to other places quickly, using the secret system of passageways in the mansion.
History[]
Be Cool, Scooby-Doo![]

Bradwick Haverall is revealed beneath the costume.
Having squandered his own wealth, Bradwick Haverall disguised himself as the Headless Count to rob the guests at the Annual Monster Mystery Party at Wuthering Manor. Having read the master book, he had detailed knowledge of the locations of each participant and used the knowledge to cheat and control the game.
Knowing that the mystery ended in the kitchen pantry, he first kidnapped the kitchen maid at the start of the game to prevent her from interfering. He then kidnapped each of the guests at the party, confining them in the basement pantry. After all the guests had been kidnapped, he was able to enter each guest's room and steal their belongings.
After Scooby and Shaggy learned the Headless Count was real, he began to chase them and was trapped by Velma Dinkley in a kitchen pantry. After everyone was untied, his identity as Bradwick and his motives was revealed. He was then handed over to the authorities.
