Physical appearance[]
Hattie is a tall adult woman with long black hair and red lipstick. She wears a blue and white hat, a blue shortsleeve with a yellow collar and red necktie and red pants.
Personality[]
She was worried about the state of tourism on Liberty Island do to the army of Mysterious Statues forbidding people from entering the statue.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
She was glad the gangs arrived over to the Liberty Island and tells them about an army of mini monsters terrorizing the statue and preventing people from everything it.
She was later called to the top of the of the statue, along with a fire department crew as she heard the news of the monsters being toy robots created by the islands souvenir shop owner and was delighted that the statue was allowed to be enterable again, he was sick and tired of people not buying his souvenirs and tried to impress the world by rigging the statue into a giant robotic toy. He however was denied that option, but was allowed to sell mini toys of Lady Liberty by going under it's new title, "Mysterious Statues".
