Harvey Bullock is a police detective from Gotham City.
Physical appearance[]
Harvey Bullock is an overweighted Caucasian male with black unkempt hair, double chin, and unshaven face. He wears a tan trench coat, dark brown suit with matching hat, white shirt with red tie and black shoes.
Personality[]
He sees Batman as a threat rather than an ally but can't do anything because of Commissioner Gordon's association with Batman. He had a field when Batman was helping out Mystery Inc., who were suspected of stealing isotopes.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold[]
Commissioner Gordon sent Bullock to track down the gang after they were suspected of stealing. When he confronted them in a cafe, Batman confronts him, and Bullock leaves, vowing to arrest Batman when he gets the chance.
When the gang and Batman were framed by the Crimson Cloak, Bullock, along with the Mystery Analysts of Gotham, arrive to arrest, but they managed to elude them.
After capturing the Crimson Cloak, who was Clayface all along, Bullock clears the gang of charges.
