Harry the Hypnotist was an ex-circus hypnotist.
Harry is a Caucasian male, who seemed to be either middle-aged or elderly. He is bald on the top of his head with the remainder of it white and grown out. His ordinary clothes aren't known, as he only wears the red and orange clown costume, with long, black clown shoes.
In his disguise, he seemed callous and even sadistic, not to mention having a very dark and twisted sense of humour, having no regard for the lives of those he hypnotized. He could've severely injured (or even killed) Scooby, Daphne Blake and Shaggy Rogers by making them perform extraordinary feats under hypnosis. He was also vindictive as he was willing to go to great lengths to ruin the circus. While he was tied up and locked in an animal cage, he remained silent, but was clearly angry and bitter.
Skills and abilities
Harry was a highly intelligent and skilled hypnotist who could put anyone under a trance easily whether it was a person or an animal.
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Years later, he returned for revenge by dressing up as the Ghost Clown, scaring away the performers. When the gang came to investigate, he hypnotized Shaggy, Scooby, and Daphne to do dangerous acts in Mr. Barnstorm's circus, causing mayhem. He was eventually defeated when Shaggy and Scooby used a mirror against him, and was left for the authorities once again.
The gang helped Johnny Bravo find his missing Aunt Jebidisa. Along the way they encounter and catch the Ghostly Gardener. It's revealed to be none other than Johnny's own aunt, but when they originally unmasked the monster they found she was hiding under a few other memorable disguises, including Harry.
