Speaking with Mystery Inc. at King's Road, toy inventor Louie Hong Fa cast suspicion on Harold Ling for stealing his own Ling Ming Candy Ring. So, Fred, Daphne, and Velma searched Ling's boat for evidence. There, they found a laptop showing Ling intended to sell Hong Fa's giant toys, despite previously stating they were too dangerous to sell.
