Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo! will be the thirty-first in a series of direct-to-video films based upon Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoons. It will be released in Fall 2020.
It's marketed as the first Halloween-themed movie, despite the fact there's already been Scooby-Doo! and the Goblin King and Scooby-Doo! and KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery, as well as the DTV short film Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Scarecrow.
Premise
Mystery Inc. came to a town during Halloween victimized by Jonathan Crane, aka the Scarecrow. The gang get some unlikely help from Elvira and Bill Nye.
