A handheld wireless communication system owned by Velma which she uses to help Mystery Inc. communicate with eachother during cases.

Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase[]
Soon after the Phantom Virus began spreading his virus though out the game Velma's handheld wireless communication system began going berserk. Fred examined it and quickly found a message from the Phantom Virus, intrdoucing himself to the gang and challenging them to beat his game. Right before they spilt up Velma hands commutation devices to everyone so they could talk to eachother.
While Scooby or Shaggy played the game, the other memembers of Mystery Inc. used the device to give them advice. The Phantom Virus commonly hacked their devices to repeadly taunt and mock them.
After the game was beaten, Fred quickly shot the Phantom Virus with the handheld wireless communication system's anti virus software in order to defeat it.
