This popular carnival went into chaos when Charlie began enacting his plan to take over the carnival in order to become a clown after being rejected several times by the manager. He dressed up as an Evil Clown in order to sabotage the park in secret. When Mystery Inc. arrived at the carnival to have some good fun, but they ended up having to survive the clown’s mayhem and solve the mystery behind it. After they revealed Charlie was the culprit, the manager gave them free access to everything at the park; meanwhile, Charlie was sent into orbit by the strong guy as a punishment for his crimes.
