The Grey alien was the disguise of Traveler O'Flaherty.
Physical appearance[]
The Grey alien is an archetypal, humanoid alien with a grey complexion and large, bug-like black eyes. Slightly shorter than an average human and very slim in appearance, the alien wears no clothing and has almost no muscular definition, having visible skeletal structures such as a ribcage and jawbone. It also does not have a nose, ears or hair, instead having very small holes for nostrils.
Personality[]
In contrast to most monsters, this alien, along with its accomplices, are elusive instead of hostile, committing no acts of physical aggression against Mystery Inc. or any other targets. While it does steal and damage property, it achieves its crimes through stealth instead of aggression or force, being almost undetected by witnesses and barely visible in security footage. The alien also makes no attempt to scare away those interfering in its operations; while Mystery Inc. witnessed many alien-related incidents during their investigations, these were completely coincidental events and were incorrectly connected to the alien heists.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated[]
Season two[]
Traveler O'Flaherty unmasked.
Irish burglar Traveler O'Flaherty was in abject poverty during his childhood and was thus forced to resort to thievery to survive. Later joined by his children Sheela and Connor in his "family business," O'Flaherty disguised himself as a Grey alien along with his children to steal valuables for wealth. The Grey alien first appeared in a witness account by Sheriff Bronson Stone, though this was later revealed to be a false, hallucinogen-induced memory and O'Flaherty had no involvement. In his account, Bronson Stone claims to have been abducted by the Grey alien in his childhood, where it inserted a tracking chip in its nasal cavity.
The Grey alien's first true appearance was on security footage, where the alien, along with the Nordic and reptoid aliens, were seen stealing a GPS device from a shopping mall window. Later, the three aliens attempted to steal the Pangea car from the Blake Family, but they were captured by Fred Jones. O'Flaherty and his children were handed to authorities.
Later, the destruction of the Evil Entity during Nibiru altered all reality for Crystal Cove, erasing O'Flaherty's crimes as the Grey alien from existence.
