Physical appearance[]
Greg is a tall, middle-aged man with gray hair, a beard and a handlebar mustache. He wore a brown hat with a yellowish-white stripe around it, a white long sleeved shirt with two chest pockets and a bandana.
Personality[]
He seemed a bit quick worded and busy as he didn't had enough time to talk to the gang when he first met them, but it was all a cover to hide his greed on stealing jewels from a nearby shipwreck with some hired help.

He met the gang at the Skeleton Coast along with Peter, the parks manager. He only introduced himself and didn't talk much as he Peter did the explaining about the undead raising from the sand and scaring people away.

Greg unmasked.
Greg was later revealed to be one of the skeletons all along. He putted all his effort by using skulls, regular skull heads in the sand, making skeletons walk, talk and use weaponry, and use a robot elephant skeleton hybrid as a method on hiding the jewels without anyone knowing.
But he didn't relay on a way to get the gang away from his scheme, amongst the chaos the gang was going through with the mini army of sword wielders, Shaggy and Scooby ended up running into him and his henchmen, who all were in disguise Shaggy took notice of them and instantly knew they were fake, but the nearby Skelephant went rampant and attacked causing everyone to scatter, it ended up coincidental sending Greg landing next to Fred, Daphne and Velma, where he was then caught and later arrested.
