Greenfield 12B is a star named after Mr. Greenfield, the owner of Greenfield Observatory. Professor Spaulding discovered it using a new telescope.

A star creature supposedly came from the new star through the big telescope, trying to take over the Earth. It was actually Mr. Greenfield in disguise trying to steal secrets from Star Laboratory.
