Go East, Young Pardner is the third part of the eleventh episode of The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour.
Premise
Dusty and the dogs head to New York City to learn big city policing, but the New York police chief wants them to stay out of the way, and in the office. When Yabba answers a call about a phantom jewel thief at the Empire State Building, they decide to prove themselves in the big city.
