History[]
A Pup Named Scooby-Doo[]
Season one[]
He didn't like the Coolsville Marine Institute because it attracted tourists that cluttered the beach, which made him a possible suspect to being the Headless Skateboarder. But as it turns out, he was an undercover FBI agent investigating the drug smuggling operation all that time. He then arrested both Al and Sandy Sneakers for their crimes.
