Gladys is an elderly woman with gray hair and some missing teeth. Her entire body is covered by a large brown coat.
Personality[]
She appeared rather creepy and a weird story teller, who warns people not to enter Linville Caverns or else they might not get out, and was surprisingly sneaky and quick as she can disappear in front of people even when they slightly turn away. However, she was actually trying to give a hint that the hauntings and other criminal activity were connected with each other, but wasn't that good at giving people the clue to realize it.

Gladys first ominously showed up creepily telling the gang to follow her down an alley in-between the Linville Diner and the caverns tourist attraction. When meeting face-to-face, she warns them to not enter the caverns, explaining that there were unfriendly spirits roaming around, and those who entered the place never came back out.
Her warnings led to suspicion for the gang, as they thought she could've been involved somehow with the ghosts in the caverns, but to their surprise from the Sheriff Jeremiah, she happened to actually know the truth behind it all, even if she didn't have a clear explanation when citizens thought her stories were made up just to scare people.
