The ghosts were the disguises of two hired henchmen.

Physical appearances[]

The two ghosts were two large silk sheets with black cutout holes for eyes.

Personality[]

They were both traditional hostile specters who relentlessly chase their victims in the place they haunted, but despite their scares, they still bided by the rules in keeping quiet in the library.

History[]

The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries (2024)[]

The two ghosts unexpectedly appeared in the library and caused some ruckus and chased Shaggy and Scooby, but not the rest of the gang, the police commissioner or his daughter. Barbera was able to help the two cowards out by using her computer skills to activate a movie screen in the libraries auditorium, scaring them and the two sheeted specters into running out of the room and crashing right into the rest of the gang.

Phillipe Rianne's unmasked henchmen

The two henchmen knocked out.

The ghosts turned out to be hired henchmen, but it was rather surprising that the sheets they used for their disguises were made out of expensive silk. They stayed completely knocked out for a long period of time as their boss, The Grotesque (aka Phillipe Rianne) intervened and attempted on getting away with his plans on stealing a priceless manuscript of the originally written version of The Stars do Kill by Kaye Daye, but he was later defeated by Barbera Gordon and they were all escorted out to prison.
