History[]
Be Cool, Scooby-Doo![]
The ghost of the Prima Donna was the disguise of Jasper Crawl, manager of musician Bones Malone, because Malone planned to fire him. He based the disguise on the late singer Cassandra Tildon, who performed on the Star Music Hall stage and was known for being possessive over the stage. Crawl used stage rigging to make the ghost appear to fly and used a voice-changing microphone to create her signature scream. After the ghost scared away the Crossbones, the opening act for the Bones Malone concert, the venue owner, Bond Kuro, considered cancelling the event.
When the gang replaced the Crossbones as Malone's opening act (under the band name "Mystery Machine"), the ghost attacked them, first interrupting their sound check. Eventually, Shaggy and Scooby found Malone using the voice-changing microphone, and Velma, Daphne, and Fred learned about the stage rigging from meeting with Kuro. The ghost then attacked Bones Malone during a sound check.

Jasper Crawl unmasked.
The ghost later attacked Mystery Machine during their debut performance, but they prepared a trap for the ghost. Shaggy and Scooby swung sandbags at the ghost, but the ghost dodged the sandbags and advanced towards Velma. However, Fred threw a bass drum from his drumkit at the ghost, trapping her in the drum. Crawl was unmasked, exposed for his crimes by Velma in song, and handed to authorities.
